Management Lesson...
One fine day, a bus driver went to the bus garage, started his bus, and drove off along the route. No problems for the first few stops - a few people got on, a few got off, and things went generally well. At the next stop, however, a big hulk of a guy got on. Six feet eight, built like a wrestler, arms hanging down to the ground. He glared at the driver and said, "Big John doesn't pay!" and sat down at the back.
Did I mention that the driver was five feet three, thin, and basically meek? Well, he was. Naturally, he didn't argue with Big John, but he wasn't happy about it. The next day the same thing happened - Big John got on again, made a show of refusing to pay, and sat down. And the next day, and the next! .
This grated on the bus driver, who started losing sleep over the way Big John was taking advantage of him. Finally he could stand it no longer. He signed up for body building courses, karate, judo, and all that good stuff.
By the end of the summer, he had become quite strong; what's more, he felt really good about himself. So on the next Monday, when Big John once again got on the bus and said, "Big John doesn't pay!"
The driver stood up, glared back at the passenger, and screamed, "And why not?" With a surprised look on his face, Big John replied, "Big John has a bus pass."

What is ESP, Do you believe in?
It means you have experiences with spirits, future events, and psychic dreams. ESP is an ability that most cant control, but a lot of people are gaining knowledge, and warnings from it. So ESP is what it says: Extra Sensory Precept ion.
I personally believes in; there is some super natural happening that is beyond our control. There is something which is controlling ourselves. I strongly believe in palmistry , astrology, numerology and the behaviour psychology of humans studies . There could be any future predictions can be done on the combination of all these and that too very accurate.
There would be many who disagree with me, in this context.
I believe every one is having some sixth sense or ESP , which could clearly indicate about the good or bad happenings , in the form of different omens . Everyone is having the ability, whether or not its just sensing things, or dreaming things. Whether the people believe it or not, this is having all of us.
It's just a matter of sensing and concentrating over.
There are many evidences which is helpful in demonstrating that ESP does exist. I was going through some forum or some book, that ESP cannot be explained or quantified by physical laws; and furthermore, that the mind (consciousness) and the brain are two separate entities. Simultaneously, research in quantum physics points to the existence of a second, non material universe. So, the time is fast approaching when Western scientists must come to terms with the Eastern mystical concept: "that an extrasensory force exists in another realty, and intersects and integrates with the physical world."
There are much more studies or the believing which could be framed in this categories , like
if someone can tell a lot about you without knowing you. This is known as cold reading, and it's based upon observing the way you look and act. Like it can easily be guessed , the way you dress tells a lot about your social standing, and there are lots of other little things to look for. This I guess we can develop the ability using Human Psychology.
One more thing I am interested in is Aura. Aura is an energy around you. Studies evolves around energy colors like : Blue, green, red, black, white, orange, yellow, sky blue.
But I don't know much details about this , and definitely would like to know much about Aura. That how these energy color impact on us positively or negatively . How we can make the maximum benefits of these color energies.

Way to Seoul..
Seoul International Fireworks Festival !!!
...Struck at midnight in Seoul
When: Oct 2007; Annual festival.
Where: Hangang River Citizen's Park, Seoul
Fortunately, the day we planned for the Seoul trip , was also the Day was engaged for the Seoul International Fireworks Festival ... It was amazing , astonishing , wonderful and my life time experience for such a beauty and liveliness.
Candidly, it was too crowd that day... all trains , Metros, buses were over packed from there original capacity. I was not excepting such a huge crowd. Though I am very used to see the crowd n population but still i was feeling bit suffocating.
Ultimately after some struggle , we reached around the place from where I was comfortable to see the actual fire show. There were amazing .. crowd ....crowd ....crowd ever where on the ground and the sparkling fires on the air.
About this Festival , I have had read in some books earlier. But could not believe and express , How i was feeling at that particular span of time. All were localites and the foreigners from many more countries enjoying the show. I was mum and indeed feeling the warmth of the fire of fireworks. Ppl making the strange noises as soon as any rocket or any thing sparkling going towards the sky... and the light not only coming thru the sky.. but the reflection from the River just making it sizzling...
Later, I came to know about the festival :Live classical and pop performances, light and laser shows set the scene for the dazzling firework display over Seoul's Hangang River Citizen's Park at the annual Seoul International Fireworks Festival.
So many thing not only happening over the sky , but besides me too... young couples also enjoying each other's company and the show.
Ohoo, I was indeed missing my SLR at this moment, but I had my 8 mega pixel Sony digicam, with having the limited battery backup. But I manage to take the some cool pics as well the video of the show.
After the fire show over, at around 10:00PM at nite, we move towards looking something to eat. Just in this situation it was just a matter of realization to me, that the too much crowd is just a only uncontrollable and unmanageable situation. But it was just a matter of few hour , as soon as the crowd shattered, all the thing become like it was before , the clean , neat and tidy.
We had something to eat in McDo' situated the Hang river bank. Took some pics.
Enjoying the real big event really made us tied. Went to the near by Metro station took the train, manage to reach just a half way. Our destination was the Suwon city but it was the 12:00 nite , sorry no train available, guard in platform updated , so the next train is only in the morning 5:00 am.
What to do???? we were 8 actually, some wanted to go back to guest house which was in Suwon city some wanted to enjoy the nite life of the ittewon market.
OK majority wanted to have rest and go back to suwon, asked for taxi . Initially no taxi walla was willing to go that far at this mid night, if one agree was asking for the too much fare and we at least need two taxis . So again decided , majority call was to save money. So how to pass the time 5-6 hrs without doing anything . We struck in between the Seoul and suwon, no taxi wala wanted to go to itewon as it was not so far , to get them enough money . seeing the 8 guys that to foreigners in the midnight.
We were helpless, we were stuck .. midnight at foreign land where there is again the language problems in general.
Spending around 1-1.5 hrs discussing what to do, I got reason to smile for a moment to myself Thanks to Departmental store, Thanks to my capability to drink( it provide us especially me the reason to smile for dat particular moment). We could get at least the beers and smoke. just for a shake of passing the time. We did that and we did it too hard.
Suddenly one of us who thinks "consuming alcohol is not a good habit" roaming here and there just to avoid the drunkers ...........calling shouted,
Hey !!! we got the place where we could spend rest of the night.. Ahaaa the massage center open 24x7 very close to railway station . We all decided to spend the night there and go back by early morning metro train. All of sudden all the tried faces sparking like fireworks , Candidly we were feeling like we got some thing great.
Spent whole night there relaxing, massaging , bathing with water temperature. We were quite energetic by now. Now it was a turn to decide, again . Whether go back to Seoul and just visit the rest of the places which we left day before, or to go Suwon city guest house.
Group splitted over this opinion, being a travel freak I decide to move on towards Seoul.
Aaah!!! it was rite decision I guess, reaching Seoul took the tourist bus, the fare was nominal only 10000 Won for full day , visited no. of decided place to freak.
Manage to visit several places. It was a great two days visit. The fireworks show was the worth experience of life time , And also not able to forget that night in some unknown place, where all of happening happened.
Just sharing my few pics from my cutiee cutiee digicam of 8 mega pics. Which I manage to get at that particular moment. Though I am very very find of photography , still I don't consider this taken pictures is my best. these all pics are originally from my camera.
It's just a matter of perfect timing click.
Look at the view , amazing and astonish.
Wow , captured feather flying in the sky...
Hosts responsive enough ;on festival day.

Way to South Korea...
Short trip to South Korea ...
Recently I visited to South Korea, it was the short trip , but very exciting. It's not so big country but it is an exciting, developed managed country . Korea is littered with fortresses, temples and palaces, many of them UNESCO World Heritage sites. The capital Seoul winds around the Han River(above snap, shows Han river view at night) punctuated by futuristic skyscrapers in one of the most densely populated areas in the world.
River Han is a main centric attention during the visit, Han River once marked the southern boundary, the city has sprawled across to the southern side with some 2 dozen bridges crossing it and one subway tunnel underneath. Across the Han River the modern city is dominated by Korea's World Trade Center, and the Coex Mall, a shopper's delight.
Seoul has grown into a cosmopolitan city replete with a variety of modern facilities and world renowned shopping areas such as Namdaemun Market, Dongdaemun Market, Itaewon and Insa-dong. The nightlife is brilliant.
Seoul tower is amazing. The Children’s Grand Park is one of the largest children's parks in Asia. It includes a zoo, a botanical garden, an amusement park, outdoor concert stages and physical training facilities.Other great attractions of Seoul include the Kyongbokkung Palace, the Toksugung Palace, the Changdokkung Palace.
Incheon is a big newly build airport , which is close to Seoul, the capital.
I had to travel to Suwon City , the city developed during football world cup. It is having the head quaters of the electronics giant Samsung.
Overall it was the nice trip , I like the country , the culture the facilities. The people really respond well , I astonished to notice about them they are not unfamiliar to Indians and Indian culture. I received well and equally good response, as foreigner .
Captured very soothing place to live in...
I manage to get the air Tickets in of Thai airways while going to South Korea.
And while coming back , I got the direct flight of Asiana Airways.
She walks in Beauty...
SHE walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that 's best of dark and bright
Meet in her aspect and her eyes:
Thus mellow'd to that tender light
Which heaven to gaudy day denies.
One shade the more, one ray the less,
Had half impair'd the nameless grace
Which waves in every raven tress,
Or softly lightens o'er her face;
Where thoughts serenely sweet express
How pure, how dear their dwelling-place.
And on that cheek, and o'er that brow,
So soft, so calm, yet eloquent,
The smiles that win, the tints that glow,
But tell of days in goodness spent,
A mind at peace with all below,
A heart whose love is innocent!-- Lord Byron, (George Gordon)
The poetry by Lord Byron , indeed an amazing one. Every time i read it, it's skech a very lively image infront of my deep big eyes...
Being poetic by nature , i really appreciate it's each n every line. Infact i can feel the way she is mving infront of me... Especially the first four lines , it could be a great start to any poetry or your imaginations.
